  Option: Blue - Reversible - Overstock customer

  I purchased this sofa for my living room. I read reviews but did not heed the warnings. I am in the process of trying to return this sofa because it is very poorly made and incredibly difficult to sit in and even more difficult to get up from. The seating area is not made of firm cushion but instead stuffed with what feels like batting. When you sit you are extremely low to the ground, it almost feels like you are sitting on a cushion on the floor. I ordered what I thought was a bright blue but when it arrived it was more of a gray/blue. I also did not realize that it was corduroy (my fault). There is nothing structural to support the back, the entire back is made up of cushions that fall over every time you sit down. The base piece that holds the end of the chaise has no way to connect to the rest of the sofa. When I requested to return it, I was told it would cost me over *** because it is an oversized item. This is my first time purchasing anything from Overstock and the experience has been stressful and unpleasant. From delivery to contacting customer service has been a disappointing experience. In the photos I try to show how the two pieces do not line up when attached, the difference in cushion height as you progress toward the arm, and the ill-stuffed cushions that curl up and show the white base underneath the chaise. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I am so sad that spent almost *** on a glorified beanbag. I spoke with a different much more helpful customer service rep today. I was in tears because the experience was so pleasant. I think they are going to let me return it. I guess it's about getting the right person. I'll update when the return is complete.

  Comfortable

  We love our new sectional sofa from World Modern Design. The sofa is soft and comfortable. We all fight over sitting in the chaise as it's very comfortable.

  Reversible

  This couch is exactly what I had expected and true to the color provided in the description. It is fluffy, maybe almost too fluffy. The corduroy is sturdy and durable.

  Good Value

  While shopping for sectional sofa's I finally came across this sofa from World Modern Design, which is perfect for me. I ordered it in grey which I like. I have been shopping in local furniture stores and must say that I have not found this sofa at a lower price anywhere, some placed charged up to $3000 for sofas like this one. I am very happy.

  Option: Grey - Reversible

  I loved the idea of this in our living room! It’s comfy, contemporary, great color, and matched everything I purchased to go in the room. The only downside is that it sits too low to the ground. My mother who is 69 years old, has a hard time getting up and out of the couch, as do I. I’ll keep looking but in the meantime, it really is a great piece of furniture
